Travelling By Car

If travelling from the south, join the A82 heading north towards the town of Fort William, passing through Glen Coe and over the bridge at Ballachulish.

Shortly after passing through the village of Onich turn left where signed for the Corran Ferry.

After crossing Loch Linnhe, proceed westwards on the A861 and follow the shores of Loch Sunart through the villages of Strontian and Salen.

In the village, turn left passing the Salen Hotel and follow this single track road for the next 18 miles! Be patient, it is really worth it.

On entering the village of Kilchoan, the chalet is situated on the right just past the church, turn right up the private track just after the war memorial.
